Summer is almost here (finally) and we've got the refreshing craft cocktails to match. From lovely low-proof drinks to bigger, bolder options, there's something for every occasion under the sun. KENTUCKY BLUE

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Tattersall Blueberry Liqueur

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

8 mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

3. Strain over ice.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig.

HIS - OR - HER SIDE

With the option to go with Tattersall Aquavit or Tattersall Gin, this one makes it fun to pick sides. Minty, bright with just a touch of heat, the only thing that's missing is a gentle summer breeze.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 oz Tattersall Gin or Aquavit

3/4 oz lime juice

3/4 oz mint simple syrup (see recipe below)

3 dashes Habanero Bitters

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

3. Strain into a coupe glass.

4. Garnish with a mint leaf.

MINT SIMPLE SYRUP

INGREDIENTS

50 grams mint leaves

4 1/2 cups sugar

3 cups water

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil.

3. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Strain and chill.

CHARIOT

This one is all the things we love about our favorite season in cocktail form. Fresh blackberries elevate the Tattersall Lime Crema for unrivaled taste and picture-perfect color.

INGREDIENTS

8 blackberries

8 mint leaves

1 1/2 oz Tattersall Vodka

1 oz Tattersall Lime Crema

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz lime juice

DIRECTIONS

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint, blackberries and simple syrup.

2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until well chilled.

3. Strain over ice in a low ball.

4. Garnish with a mint plume.

BAY BREEZE

Equal parts smooth and refreshing, just like its name suggests. And the smoky notes of the Tattersall Blackstrap Rum adds an unexpectedly delicious twist to the tiki classic.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Tattersall Blueberry Liqueur

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

8 mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.

3. Strain over ice.

4. Garnish with a mint sprig.

AMERICANO SPRITZ

A low-proof delight that brings all the summer flavor without the bigger kick. Citrusy and light with a touch of basil, it's great for everything from a bridal brunch to cocktail hour and beyond.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Tattersall Americano

1/2 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

3 basil leaves

DIRECTIONS

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries, basil, simple syrup, and lemon juice,

2. Add Americano and ice, shake vigorously.

3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with a basil leaf.
